Positive Clean, secure, nice helpful staff, good location . It was a large room with a kitchen. Nice pool with lounges. There was a community patio upstairs with tables and a hammock. We often brought appetizers to eat there. Also great air conditioning.

Positive Our room was large and had all we needed. The common areas are very nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved the pool area.

Positive This is an adorable vintage hotel. If you want to stay somewhere off the beach but close enough to walk/bike to, this is your place. The very friendly service cannot be beat even by modern hotels. The Yucatan is one of the most friendly places I have visited and I left Progresso having made wonderful friends, especially among the staff at Marie's Nicte Ha. R
