Positive Beautiful hotel in great area of Tulum. Environment of the hotel is perfect, the pool (cenote) is awesome. The room is very spacious and well designed. Positive The staff at Shibari— from the concierge to reception to wait staff to security, are all professional, kind, and welcoming. I can’t overstate this— the people are what turned a great stay and vacation into an incredible one. We were largely left alone—which was ideal— but any time we engaged with staff they were lovely. I hope everyone gets a raise this year
