    Positive The hotel, conveniently located near the airport, provided transportation for an additional cost of 400 Mexican pesos. However, it was a worthwhile investment. The gentleman who picked me up was incredibly friendly, and the girl who assisted me via message was equally pleasant. The overall customer service was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 10/10.

    Positive We needed somewhat to stay close to the airport because of the road blocks happening. It was a good location and the facilities are great. There was even a hot tub in the room which was a nice surprise! Highly recommended!

    Positive The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is not a large facility so it’s very homey and not crowded. Staff is very helpful and connected me to food delivery and a taxi. It’s in a small town that’s still very accessible to the city.
