Positive Every one from the staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean everywhere. WiFi very good. Quiet. Secured. Nice pool. I had a problem with Uber and the manager offered to drive me to my appointment. He saved my day. I was able to communicate in English. Next time I visit Cancun this my hotel for sure.

Positive They saved us from a bad situation with a canceled flight. The hotel sent a driver to the Cancun airport to bring us to the property at night, in the rain. They set us all up with a room totally via Whatsapp chat, so the language barrier was not a problem. The next day, after an amazing breakfast, our driver brought us back to the airport for our rebooked fl
