    Positive I spent 3 weeks at Merida Santiago Hotel with a broken ankle. The staff were outstanding in attending to my condition and prioritising my comfort every day. The food, cooking classes and general atmosphere at this lovely establishment are fabulous. All set in the lovely and deeply historical rich subrb of Santiago. Thank you. Lasting memories.

    Positive The staff were very friendly and kind. The staff seemed like a family and they treated us like guests but in a relaxed and informal manner. The pool was great, the margaritas were delicious, the breakfasts were very good. My room was large and clean and comfortable. I can't wait to return.
