    Positive I liked the attention; the crew was very kind. The security and the atmosphere. The location of the place is very safe, and the reception is 24/7 available, that's an excellent point. Even the hostess and guests are nice, and the ambience is cozy.

    Positive Ernesto was very helpful and accommodating! We went on the Destinos Mexicanos Teotihuacan tour and had a great time. There are a couple other tour options too that we didn't have time for. The hostel is colorful, pretty clean, nice "vibe", the area is a bit loud some nights (could be pro or con depending on what you're looking for)
