    Positive The staff was amazing. Unfortunately the water went out for about 30 hours the morning I arrived. Not the hotel’s fault. I was in CDMX for medical reasons and felt at risk not having a bathroom to use. I was moved to a sister hotel and my problem was solved.     Positive The place is good value for money - the location is very central, next to the cathedral and metro station. Room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. It was a bit hard to find, as there is no sign at the door (thanks Google maps for the photo), and the shower could have been cleaner, but for the price it was acceptable.
