Positive The staff at the restaurants and bars, extremely amazing very helpful. The food was great. The drinks were great service all around outside of front desk was absolutely fabulous. The Bellman helpful the tram, drivers amazing guest services in the middle of the facilities so helpful especially Laura Moreno if you need any help that is who you want to help you
