Positive Location is worth it if what you are trying is to be close to the Airport, but able to walk to food, drinks, ATM, pharmacies, etc. The room is quite big also, so it's easy to stay 4-5 people in it without many issues other than sharing the bathroom, but all was clean, all worked, if anything, I would just put a bug screen on the window.
