Positive The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding—especially Hugo, Nathan, Jesus, Frank, and Ga—who all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Positive The reception staff were excellent. The luggage storage was easy to utilize upon check-out. The hotel was remarkably quiet given it's location in the most touristy part of PDC. Easy walking distance from the ferry pier and ADO bus station. The weather was crummy so we didn't visit the pool deck so can't report on that, or any of the onsite dining options.
