Positive Friendliness of staff. The room with 24-hour butler service was phenomenal. Good food. The rooms were very quiet, too.

Positive The service was impeccable as expected with the St. Regis brand. The attention to detail and hospitality was top tier and the best you’ll find in Mexico City. The facilities were amazing and we felt extremely comfortable the entire time. We did not want to leave!

Positive Staff were truly excellent. The hotel has a butler service and they were truly ready to get anything I needed at any time. In addition, I got a bad case of travellers diarrhea and they took such good care of me. They had a doctor on call who came and saw me and when she prescribed medications, the concierge got them for me from the pharmacy. They also brough
