Positive Alex room is surrounded by restaurants and there is Lidl store which sale many food and groceries. love the neighborhood.

Positive The room and it's location was nice, plus the balcony, even though I didn't really use it.

Positive The room was very neat, well maintained and has a fantastic balcony. If you have late check in, try to get in touch with owner and request key to be left in box outside hotel; important since no staff are present after 9:00pm (If this was a non issue, this would be the best choice no question)
