Positive Very smooth process despite it being contactless as there is no front desk. Location was central Haarlem so little shops and cafes nearby.

Positive I liked the central location, that the building and room had interesting character. My top-floor room had large roof beams and gable windows. I also greatly appreciated that staff were quickly reachable by email, which I did need to do on at least one occasion (remember the check-out time, was one hour earlier than I expected!). Bathroom was well appointed,
