Positive Great location, wonderful, helpful staff. We wanted to have a drink in the bar one evening but it happened to be quite noisy that night. They led us to a nearby quiet area and served us there instead. Front desk staff was really helpful looking up local info for us and arranging bag storage and taxi.

Positive It was so clean and had all the amenities I needed. It was also very central and the cathedral was a 3 minute walk (perfect location). The people at the front were very nice and were able to give me recommendations for dinner.

Positive The hotel is in a perfect location for dining and shopping. The staff consistently goes put of their way to make guests comfortable. If one has a problem, they will work with you until it is solved. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel!!
