    Positive This lodge is such a treat! It was so beautifully-decorated. Literally, in every corner you will find a unique painting or a surprising piece! The lodge was so spotless and comfortable. The owners, May and Bret, were wonderful and so full of information when we needed. Bret rented us their boat for a full day and it was wonderful ride. Mary brought us eggs f

    Positive We had a wonderful stay at Giethoorn Lodge. The owners, Bert & Marie, are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the busy tourist crowds, so it’s truly relaxing. At the same time, it’s very convenient: we could take a self-driven electric boat to reach the main tourist area easily for sightseeing, shopping, and meals
