Positive The property was fine, clean and tidy. Upstairs was very hot- no fans or aircon. The smoke detector in the living area was missing- highly illegal and dangerous to those sleeping in the property. Curtain hooks were broken so curtains were untidy. There was a big notice telling us not to use a socket?

Positive Convenient location with lots of choices for eating out in Ponsonby close by. It was surprisingly quiet with other properties nearby but we didn’t hear anyone.
