Positive The staff were brilliant when our flight was cancelled and we arrived after hours the next day. They held the room for us and were super helpful over message. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Laundry and kitchen facilities were good and it’s only a few minutes walk into town.

Positive We got an upgrade to an amazing suite- the Ben Lomond. Spectacular views, huge deck, huge apartment. Great that parking is provided. Fantastic location.
