    Positive Very big appartment, nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a supermarket a 5 minutes walk away and two bakeries downstairs. The city center and the marina are also 5 minutes away by foot. We spent a lot of time outside on the sunny balcony. There's a garage in the basement but our car didn't fit.
