    Positive The room was large. Able to use kitchen and common room downstairs. The self check I. with the room codes works great however we were not sent the code for the main entrance or the code for the room. When we got to the inn we had to call the inn number and that was when we were told we had two codes to enter our room. However, they were kind enough to allow

    Positive The family suite room was spacious and had 2 terraces with views of the city. It had a kitchenette which we found convenient. The location was great for walking around Ponta Delgada. And we were glad we had turned in our rental car before staying here as parking would have been difficult!
