Positive l'emplacement, tres proche de restaurants , du tram et bus , dans un quartier historique en pente . Le charme des facades. Proche du centre historique mais aussi de la Tour de Belem , vue sur le pont et le Christ Redempteur en face de l'autre rive du Tage.
