Positive The house was very well cleaned and had all the utensils and appliances needed for our group of 6 people. The barbecue lacked the utensils and the grill needs to be cleaned/replaced because of rust

The landlords really nice, they also gave us good restaurant recommendations and answered quickly always if we asked something. I really recommend this place if you visit Azores with group.
