    Positive Casa da Real Companhia is an old villa from a previous vineyard. Antionio, the host, is a wonderful resource. He is friendly, helpful and speaks excellent English. He grew up in Lamego and provides a guide to the area. We had breakfast one morning. I was good fruit, bread, meat, yogurt and eggs. Juice and coffee to drink. The room was large and comfortable.

    Positive very comfortable and quiet location with outdoor terrace. António is a wonderful congenial host and suggested some great driving tours of the Douro wine region for us.nice views of Lamego from the hotel and a short walk to the historic centre of town. felt like home

    Positive Very friendly husband and wife team. The breakfast was amazing. The views from the balcony were fabulous. It was a great starting point for exploring the Duoro Valley.
