    Positive Ruim, sfeervol huis aan de rand van São Luís. Enige voorzichtigheid is geboden in de badkamer, die twee niveaus heeft. Er is een grote tuin met terrassen en uitzicht op de omringende heuvels. Twee wandelroutes lopen langs het huis. Het dorp heeft vrij veel voorzieningen.
