    Positive Das Haus liegt in einer für die Azoren typischen Fajã, somit sind die Atlantikküste sowie der Strand im Blick und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ganze drei (!) Terrassen sind vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, vor allem die Klimaanlagen, die beispielsweise im (Azoren-)Winter mit leichter Temperaturregelung und Entfeuchtung ein angenehme
