Positive Lovely rural location(you will increase the village population by 10-20%) to explore Geres as well as Oonte de lima (and hike part of camino), ecovia de vez. Well stocked kitchen, just make sure to stock up on groceries in Arcos de Valdevez beforehand. It was the highlight of our visit to Portugal.

Positive Beautiful newly renovated traditional stone house. Really great place to stay with incredible views, surrounded by animals and facilitated by a very kind host.

Positive This is a magical mountain house, with fantastic views across the valley, it's been immaculately converted, into a beautiful house, but still keeping all the wonderful character of the original house. There are several stone maze stores the area is so famous for, right next to the house. We loved watching the goats, sheep & cows being taken out each morning
