    Positive The owner met us at the airport, came into the building to meet us. He drove us to the apartment. Carried all of our luggage for 3 people! He was extremely friendly, explained everything. It was our first day in Portugal, he checked on us a few times to make sure we had no questions. He even came back that evening to deliver an extra blanket and left us a ni
