Positive Afonso has been very kind , also had a good communication to let me know the things to do in Porto and also about any enquiries. Property is 25 minutes walk to the centre , calm , quiet and exceptionally well maintained. Felt at home. Also the terrace is the reason I woke up early everyday to see the sunrise
