    Positive The house is located in a picturesque location with good views of the river and mountains. The house was warm, there is a fireplace. The inside of the house and the surrounding area is very clean. There is a swimming pool, but I was traveling in late November and did not use it. There is a BBQ area with everything you need, I used it and made a great steak!
