Positive We stayed one night while driving from Porto to Lagos. Great location - easy walk to the beach, the lighthouse, the fort, restaurants, and town. We booked a sea view balcony room and got exactly that. Hosts were really nice and breakfast was great.

Positive The B and B is on the edge of town one block from the ferry that takes you across the river and one block from the beautiful fort. The river is clean and clear and lovely to swim in. Guarda Rios was so comfortable, clean, and stylish. The staff was amazingly friendly and kind, and breakfast was good. Plenty of hot water, AC, coffee. I would highly recommend
