    Positive Convenient location out of the busy fray. Easy parking, walking to the Mercado and route to the University, plus adjacent to a great restaurant, bakery, craft beer and a nearby self- service laundry.     Positive It was great to have an elevator to get to our third floor apartment. The room was very comfortable and worked well for two people. We made quite a few of our own meals in the well appointed kitchen, and there is a huge Aldi grocery store in easy walking distance down the road.
