    Positive The apartment is large and in a relatively quiet part of the city, while still having easy access to metro and major thoroughfares. A major grocery store is right around the corner, and there are several eateries in the block and around, and within walking distance.     Positive The apartment is rather large (a family of 4 would be OK). The location is very convenient if visiting the University or even for walking (can enter the campus via The Code tennis club).
