    Positive Everything was beyond my expectations. The host was more than helpful. He answered all our queries and helped us in everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and very close to the sanctuary.

    Positive Unlike hotels, this is just a simple apartment rental. Support of the staff is via WhatsApp. They provided videos for instructions to park the car, access between the free basement carpark and the apartment. I got lost and had to call them to clarify. Except for laundry and dish washers, the apartment was very well equipped and spacious. It was well cleaned

    Positive We loved the location-close to the basilica, museums, restaurants. The amenities, particularly the washer and refrigerator were also a major reason for staying here. We greatly appreciated having a clothes rack to hang clothing to dry and the fabulous towel dryer. The lighting in all the spaces is also very good.
