    Positive Very beautiful hotel in a perfect location, in the near of Belém tower, with lots of nice restaurants. Staffs are always with smile, and helpful.

    Positive The hotel was near to the Monastery which is the area we wanted to be so was an ideal location for us. All the hotel staff were exceptional and very helpful especially Sophia on reception who helped us a few times with directions, nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was very big with a lovely bed and pillows with a large shower room and separate toilet
