Positive Initially we had problems getting our van to the location due to roadworks but assistance over the phone by Diogo was fantastic. He was very helpful in explaining all the appliances, keys, entrance, locks etc. Very comfortable apartment for 4 adults. Great location and easy walking distance from centre of everything.
