    Positive From the very beginning, excellent communication with the owner was maintained. The apartment was in excellent condition, with a fully equipped kitchen (including spices and other essentials), clean and functional. The garage was a huge plus, as there was no need to worry about finding a parking space, which is scarce everywhere. There was a terrace with sun
