Positive The hospitality and service of all the staff but especially the management was exceptional! They were very gracious and accommodating, especially considering our circumstances(we were scheduled to fly to Funchal but the plane couldn’t land there so diverted to Porto Santo where we were able to book a room at the Navigator).

Positive Very friendly and helpful staff, very good food, instead of endless buffets with plenty of low quality food, they offer lower variety but above average options. The beach is amazing.
