Positive The house is really in a spectacular location, with uninterrupted views of the ocean. It is set in a very quiet residential location, but the walk to Sitio village, where you will find plenty of restaurants and shops etc just takes a few minutes. Also, an easy and pleasant walk through pine trees to the North Beach.
