Positive It felt magical. Very well maintained, cleand and with all details proper to a Palace. We were treated like royalty.

Positive It’s so beautiful. The staff were kind and attentive. There was a lovely piano player, stefano, on Christmas Eve. He sang and played our favorite songs which felt festive and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. The view was amazing. Breakfast was a very rich spread.
