    Positive When we arrived, it was indeed very easy to get access to the apartment. The owners picked up the phone directly and instructed us how to get in. We were traveling with a baby and I forgot to request for some small stuff like a bed, this was not a problem and was arranged for us within the hour, while we arrived in the evening.
