Positive Amazing, like you’ve stepped into a 1920s luxury hotel in some tropical destination. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Also on a month long holiday in Thailand and Japan, slept better and was more relaxed here than anywhere else (despite the location in the middle of the old city). Positive It was clean and the food was great, the breakfast has a lot of great variety. Staff was lovely. Location is easy to walk to anything you would need. The free ice cream was delicious and it’s nice that they have bottled water available for you in the lobby.
