Positive Very good communication..Staff is very very helpful. We love the room. The kitchen and washing machine is very handy. They clean your room every 3 days too. The guard is very friendly too.

Positive Location is excellent. Storing luggage with security was very helpful. Nice and comfortable.

Positive Nothing, run down flat with dirty walks and bad smell. Not cared for by the property management. Demanded additional cleaning as it was left like nobody cleaned it for a while. Bad smell in a shower, sofa is dirty, unhygienic and there are signs of mold on the floors. Do not recommend this management company as they do kit take good care of their flats .
