    Positive The location, spacious room. Pool, sauna. The sheets and towels were washed with heavy smelling detergent which caused allergy for me. They rehashed sheets for me upon request without detergent which made sleeping more pleasant.

    Positive The staff were very kind and helpful, the place is beautiful with 2 different onsens and a big pool. The place was fully booked but it felt so peaceful like there were barely any people there, many sweet dogs, cats and ducks on the property felt like paradise.

    Positive Very nice stuff pick us in the middle of the night and rain when we got lost . We had 2 big clean rooms , fully equipped kitchen - we felt like home. Thanks for wonderful hospitality.
