Positive Ye was a great host, even allowing me to check in a few hours early since the room was ready and my bus arrived. Beds are comfortable and the staff meticulously clean everything daily (if you wish). There's a private, enclosed area in the back of the room through another door for smokers or if you just want to use the clothes drying rack or get some fresh ai

Positive Super clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice private back patio to chill. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had all the little touches and eye to details, from space to hang your stuff, to water and toilet paper delivered to your door every morning, in-room fridge, external facilities to make coffee throughout the day. Plenty of parking space. Extremely nice

Positive I spent two nights at the Ban Ye and the place filled all of my needs. It was very clean, with what I consider a minimalist aesthetic. I was very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was a very short walk from the bus station, which was my access point for Phayao. Likewise, I could easily reach all of the attractions that I wanted to see in the town,
