Positive The only thing I really liked about my stay was the hotel greeter. I can’t remember his name, but he’s a tall, skinny guy with glasses. He was the only greeter I’ve encountered who was truly passionate and made a real impression.

Positive High quality hotel with spectacular amenities and terrific service. Pool and onsen are lovely. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly and overall food is delicious. The gym feels like a full business gym on its own. Highly recommend and will likely stay again.
