Positive Large clean lobby area, clean spacious rooms with city/beach views. Was lucky enough to have room with sunset views with walking street and Pattaya sign in the distance. Location is 50 m from beach/Beach road. Staff always happy and helpful especially Chalalai H (G.S.A.) and Wanna Y (Front Office Manager).

Positive The Hermann was so close to everything you will want during your stay. The staff were brilliant, the bed was comfortable, the air con was fantastic, and very clean. The pool was clean and cold and not very busy. We didn't eat in the restaurant so we are unable to comment about it.
