    Positive Wow. The views, the quiet, the spaciousness of the room. Everything was marvelous. The innkeeper couple are so friendly. I came for three days and stayed for six weeks. I was sad to leave and I promise to return! I highly recommend this place as a marvelous home base for solo, couple and family. There is a neighbor who also occupies the building long term. H

    Positive Location is good for reading, spending long stay, room is nice, good view and not far from university. Host is flexible for arrival and parking is safe under shading and highly privacy. Having coffee shop nearby about 5 mins drive. However, for anyone who prefer STARBUCK, there is large one in the university for 15 min drive.
