Positive Lovely property with nice pool. Refill water for small fee. Reception hidden behind corner and not cooperative to let us in to our condo. Said had to get ok from owner, even though we had a written confirmation to show. Then the owner never responded. Waited over an hour. Owner never responded then or to any communication whatsoever for the next few days., T
