Positive nice clean apartments with modern furniture and appliances. there is a small kitchen with a microwave. area with modern townhouses with security at the entrance. everything is safe. there is a quarter with shops and street food nearby. the beach is 12 minutes walk away.

Positive Clean apartment with good amenities. Location convenient for my purpose (Phuket marathon) otherwise far from the most touristy beaches. Staff from the wider management company for the overall premises were excellent and very helpful despite a language barrier.
