    Positive Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty and not properly maintained. The shower was not functioning, the bed was uncomfortable and painful to sleep on, and the sheets did not feel clean. Overall, very poor hygiene and facilities — definitely not recommended.

    Positive Liked the location, and big room for the value Disliked the bathroom in my room just smelt bad. And for the week I was there nobody came to clean. I didn’t ask but it was hard to manage who cleans and doesn’t.

    Positive I like nice location and availability of staff to be flexible about customer’s wishing. They changed the room for me, even the first room was wrong. It was enough water in the room and the staff for taking a shower.
