Positive The hotel lobby is very grand with vaulted ceilings and columns, decorated classically with a touch of tropical flare and elegance. The staff is always available at front desk, including a wonderful concierge who speaks very good English who had great suggestions for activities and dining, as well as always had a car ready for us. Positive Still waiting for my refund. I left 2 days after. Noisy at random times. Didn't seems clean and cozy. Too expensive for what I got. Had to get another some could shower. Staff was sweet but the hotel :(

Positive This is a quaint hotel that may have been 5star in its day. The exterior is looking dated. The location is interesting in that it is on the river, but it doesn't seem to be near anything for the tourist. The views are good, the restaurant was well staffed and friendly.
